Nissan/Infiniti Vehicle Purchase Program.
Thanks to you, the products of Nissan North
America, Inc. and its affiliate companies have
become a powerful force in today's competitive
marketplace. Because Nissan appreciates your
contribution, we are pleased to offer you the
benefits of our Vehicle Purchase Program (VPP).
Note: To participate in this program you must
reside in the continental United States, Alaska or
Hawaii. Dealerships in Puerto Rico do not
participate in the VPP.

A Plan = NNA Employee and their Immediate
Family

B Plan = NNA Affiliate Employee and their
Immediate Family

C Plan = NNA Extended Family and Friends

D Plan = Business Associate (Employee and
Legal Spouse Only)

Please identify the name of the company of the
eligible participant. Customer should provide
business card, paycheck stub or a company
photo ID to verify their employment. A copy of
this identification must accompany the
completed VPP form when mailed to Program
Headquarters. If the customer is an extended
family member of an approved sponsor, the
customer must provide, at minimum, a business
card of the approved program sponsor. The
sponsor's company name must be among those
listed in the Nissan database.

How to participate in the Vehicle
Purchase Program:

1. Visit www.insidenissan.com for full
program details and generating claim
forms. Nissan employees can obtain pricing
through the kiosks located at their work
facilities or on WIN > Employee Recources >
Vehicle Programs > Employee Vehicle Purchase
Programs. Business Associate customers
should contact Swope Nissan.
Program questions can be directed to VPP HQ
at 1-800-299-4753 from 7am to 7pm CST.

2. Provide the required information.
You will be asked to provide your name,
address, and telephone number. You will need
to provide the same information on the person
being sponsored.

3. Get your VPP claim number. You'll
be given your VPP claim number online or over
the phone.

4. Visit Swope Nissan in Elizabethtown, KY.
Identify yourself as a VPP customer
and you'll be asked for the VPP claim number,
a driver's license, and Nissan employment
verification (ID card, pay stub, etc.). Your HR
Representative can give you a VPP Purchase
Authorization form that you can pass along to
a family member or friend if you will not be
visiting the dealership with them.

5. Get your purchase price. The sales
manager/consultant will calculate the purchase
price using an online form and then print it for
your review.
